SiAION Ceramics SL 608

SL 608 is a SiAlON cutting material for rough turning in high-performance applications. It is extra tough, which makes it ideal for larger allowance fluctuations and high chip cross sections. The cutting material’s composition enables high-performance machining of alloyed cast iron grades as well as cutting of “fresh cast” workpieces.

What’s more, the cutting material is equipped with IKS-PRO notch type clamping for maximum clamping security.
