Today is nationwide German Diversity Day. We at CeramTec are proud of our international team – with colleagues from all over the world and at our sites in Asia – with China, Korea and Malaysia – over Europe – with Germany, Great Britain, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain – all the way to America – with the USA, Mexico and Brazil.
A team that works hand in hand for one goal – the success of our business partners. We are One CeramTec – no matter where we come from and who we are. Let us all celebrate diversity together, learn from each other to be our best self, and respect different ways of living and working.
The German Diversity Day proclaimed by the Diversity Charter Association is an employer initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. The aim of the initiative is to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the business world in Germany. Organizations should create a working environment that is free of prejudice. All employees should experience appreciation – regardless of gender and gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
