CeramTec welcomes new colleagues in the UK

CeramTec extends a warm welcome to the more than 250 new CeramTec colleagues in the UK! Following the signing of the sales agreement dated on Feb 22nd, 2017 and the announcement of the acquisition of the assets of Morgan Technical Ceramic’s UK Electro-Ceramics businesses, based in Ruabon and Southampton, by CeramTec, this acquisition has become effective April 3rd 2017.

The entire management and staff of UK Electro-Ceramics have joined the worldwide CeramTec team with Tony Beswick as Managing Director of the subsidiary CeramTec UK. This allows CeramTec to ensure continuity for the existing trustful and reliable relationships between UK Electro-Ceramics and their business partners.

On Day 1 as part of the CeramTec Group, CeramTec CEO Henri Steinmetz personally welcomed the new employees at the sites in Southampton and Ruabon. Together with Managing Director Tony Beswick, the CeramTec signs on the buildings were unveiled to mark the new sites and their employees joining the international CeramTec Group.
