CeramCool® design and data

Variety of Shapes and Options for virtually every Cooling Capacity

Designs, properties and technical specifications of ceramic heat-sinks for air and liquid cooling.

The dimensions, shape and design of CeramCool® heat-sinks, the number of fins or cooling channels are based on the specific requirements in the intended area of use. Air cooling reaches its limits at high power densities, making liquid cooling necessary and useful.

Even simple linear pipe systems deliver amazing cooling capacities, but complex spiral structures are also possible to ensure especially homogeneous cooling. Custom designs can be created in addition to the standard CeramCool® variants for air and liquid cooling. Simulation and analysis of thermal parameters throughout the development process is also possible prior to prototype or small-scale production.
