Rubalit® 708 S
(96 % Al2O3)
is characterized by its particularly high strength and thermal
conductivity. It offers an outstanding surface quality and gives
excellent results with all commercially available thick-film pastes.
It is also suitably for many thin-film applications (sputtering).
Rubalit® 710
(99,6 % Al2O3),
with its extremely fine surface quality, is particularly well suited
for maximum demands in thin-film technology.
Rubalit® 708 HP – High Performance
Remarkable even under heavy thermal and electrical loads for
its constant performance in terms of:
- thermal cycling
- thermal shock resistance
- flexural strength
- surface quality
- surface quality
even under the severest conditions.
It is Rubalit® 708 HP's fine microstructure that determines
the quality of the substrate surface. Such a very high and
constant surface quality, which has also been successfully

electrical resistors

- greater reliability for laser trimming.
