designed for high-performance semiconductors
(e.g., diodes, thyristors, GTOs) as used in
electrical drive and power engineering.
Standard range
We supply a comprehensive range of packages for rectifiers, often without additional tooling charges.
The basic structure of a rectifier is illustrated in the drawing below.
These packages come in 1", 1.5", 2", 3" and 4" sizes (size indicates the interior diameter of the ceramic ring).
The associated copper flanges, caps and gate tubes are available in a wide range of types and combinations.
