CeramTec's manufacturing process for the
new generation of LTCC films starts with
the film casting process carried out in
air-conditioned rooms. Final processing as well
as handling up to delivery to the
customers are carried out under clean-room
conditions. CeramTec already mass produces
such film for the automotive industry: the
manufacture of these products is certified
to QS-9000.
