Wire-wound inductors
CeramTec's partially metalized cores for electric inductors are noted for
their particularly close tolerances, high mechanical strengths, outstanding
solderability, and superior adhesion of the metalizing layer. The range
comprises type 0402, 0603, 0805, 1008 and 1206 cores, bone, U and H shaped.
Fully copper-plated cores for laser-coiled electronic inductors
CeramTec's fully copper-plated (approx. 25 µm) ceramic cores are suitable for very small components exceeding the feasibility limits of wire-winding. The inductor is produced by means of a special laser system. The available range includes type 0402, 0603, 0805 cores (H-shaped).
CeramTec offers 2 kinds of standard metalizations: W / Ni / Au; W / Ni / Sn. Other metalizations on request.
