Advanced ceramics for power electronics at the PCIM Nuremberg
CeramTec AG’s Electronic Applications division will be presenting the possibilities of innovative thermal management with CeramCool® ceramic heat-sinks at the PCIM in Nuremberg, May 4–6 (Booth 12–351). Focus points are the new options of liquid cooling with CeramCool® heat-sinks made of the worlds first serial extruded aluminium nitride Alunit® as well as the use of advanced ceramics for environmental technology in renewable energy sources. The presentation will also include other ceramic components for power electronics such as substrates, core materials and resistors.
PCIM (Power Conversion Intelligent Motion) is an international trade fair for experts from the field of power electronics and their applications in drive technology and power quality. The PCIM showcases the latest developments in power semiconductors, passive components and products for thermal management, new materials, sensors and servo technology as well as all aspects of power quality and energy management in a compact, focused and clear format.
