• Tools with fixed diameter

Boring tools e.g. for big volume production are designed according to the specific boring task with defined and fixed diameter to avoid additional adjustment. These tools are mainly used for the pre-machining of the bores. For finishing operations boring tools with cartridges and fine adjustment are applied.

For both applications positive and negative geometries can be utilized.
