Centerless Grinding Service
Centerless grinding is similar to centered grinding except that there
is no spindle. This allows high through-put since parts can be quickly
inserted and removed from the process. We can provide two types of
grinding using our machines: through-feed grinding and end-feed grinding.
We have 24 machines on site, probably the biggest ceramic centerless
grinding shop in the UK, and with over 30 years experience we can
consistently produce highly accurate results over large quantities.
To ensure this we employ the latest technology in SPC control
for both our day-to-day ceramic work and specials requested by
customers.
