SPK Cutting Ceramics
The main application area of Silicon Nitride is high performance machining of cast irons, also under difficult cutting conditions as heavily interrupted cut or varying depths of cut. SPK-Mixed Ceramics is used for hard finish turning of steel, roll turning and for fine finishing of cast irons. SPK-Oxide Ceramics are applied for grooving, rough turning and finish turning of cast irons.

SPK WURBON®
A wide product range of SPK-WURBON® is increasing added value in the machining of cast irons and hard materials as e.g. hardened steels. Different areas of application result from the interaction of CBN-content, type of binder, grain size and grain size distribution.
SPK Cermet
The main application area of SPK-Cermet is fine finishing and finishing of steel, sintered materials and ductile cast iron in turning, grooving and milling.
